REGARDING COVID-19

As an essential business, we at IPAC, Inc. remain committed to servicing our customers as needed for production, shipping/receiving, and R&D. We have been actively following any guidance or policies set forth by Federal and State agencies. In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and customers, we have instituted a number of policies on site such as social distancing, restricting visitation, and sanitation procedures above and beyond our usual stringent standards.

Although we’ll be working remotely when possible, new customer inquiries are welcome through email and phone contact. We will be checking our voicemail system periodically throughout the day. Our isolated R&D test kitchen is well equipped to expand your current product line or for new customers to start a new project.
